AZBCA Partnership with MRA

At MRA Associates, we believe modern work environments can be places of inspiration. Culturally rich and beautiful art created by talented local artists is integral to the expression of who we are, sparks innovation, and is critical for the economic vitality of our community.

We partnered with AZBCA to bring inspiration into the workplace through the establishment of the MRA Associates’ Community Gallery. The rotating gallery exhibitions feature a program of thoughtfully selected and visually stimulating art. Our key objectives are to support artists, foster dialogue, encourage inquiry, and offer enjoyment for the benefit of our team, clients, and the wider community. ​

Who is AZBCA?

The Arizona Business Committee for the Arts (AZBCA) believes that when new opportunities and leadership are provided for the arts, it transforms people, communities, and the daily lives of individuals everywhere.

Their vision is to inspire Arizona’s business community to partner with the arts to ensure innovation, opportunity, and development in the state’s creative sectors. Their mission is to develop innovative arts and business partnerships, which in turn build sustainable communities where people want to live, work, and grow.

AZBCA is a program administered by the Southern Arizona Arts & Cultural Alliance (SAACA) — a nonprofit organization dedicated to the preservation, advancement, and creation of the arts. AZBCA is a program partner with Americans for the Arts and the National Partnership Movement.

AZBCA provides meaningful engagement opportunities with the arts to inspire employees, create a stronger economic impact, and foster creativity. When businesses partner with the arts, they strengthen the entire community.

The organization strengthens Arizona’s creative sector, which includes arts, culture, and for-profit creative businesses, by engaging the private sector. Their services provide integrated arts and business programming and position participating private businesses as thought leaders and conveners.

AZBCA was founded after identifying a critical need for stronger affiliations between the business sector and the growing creative industries. Its main focus is on initiatives that encourage partnerships between the arts and the private sector to strengthen the vitality of our communities.
